About smart bookmark

A smart bookmark is a dynamic collection that uses spotlight searching for the data folder.

You can create smart bookmarks, for example, such as "articles editting within a week", "articles contains specified text", "articles whose title contains specified text" and so on.

You can specify the search conditions with contents, diary date, modification date, creation date, color label, title and keywords. When you select a smart bookmark, the articles much to all specified conditions are shown in the article list.

You can use phrase searches (enclosing your search terms in quotation marks) and boolean searches (using AND, OR and NOT operators) for "All meta data", "Content", "Title" and "Keywords" items on Mac OS X 10.5 or later.
